Therefore, as Strategic Partner, we design the vision of project, we connect the gaps of the clients and design a specific strategy in order to generate value among the services that we consider necessary to satisfy the goals of each project. At this point, we deliver a report that defines the scope and considerations of the project, and the upcoming activities in an executive timeline.

We provide a work group list with the necessary information of the individuals that are part of the project, and a step plan with time frames, objectives, and profiles of the people responsible of the project, among others. We manage and implement the vision of the project; by establishing weekly briefs and meetings, workshops, executive sessions, and the tools to generate a transcendental approach.

Quality is essential in our work process. Once the project is finished and before delivering it to our clients, a partner who is not involved in the project will analyze and review the final deliverables to confirm its quality and impact. This last step gives BHC the opportunity to identify possible blind spots and resolve them in an assertive way.
